True Effort, True Success.
TTH has trained translators from new graduates and has produced many translators in the industry. People
who are long-standing first-class translators are those who are full of effort and spirit to grow by
themselves, not those who want to be nurtured by the company. TTH has supported this feeling
120%.
Times have changed rapidly in recent years, and the patent industry as a whole is no longer as
capable of taking on work as it used to be. Therefore, translators will have to work hard to maintain a
high level of quality in order to survive. In other words, they need to be motivated by the desire to be
active for 10 to 20 years and to make a living as a first-class translator. Furthermore, if they have a
broader perspective of acquiring translation skills to convey the inventor's intentions to the world,
they will be able to further develop their skills.
This will help them develop the accuracy to not make
mistakes and the ability to notice small points. It is a job that requires patience, but conversely, it is
also a job that rewards hard work. It will be a job that can be continued for a long time for those who
can improve themselves steadily and seriously by accumulating small efforts to produce results.
