Service Steps

  1. Reception

    TTH only receives translation requests for which we are responsible for delivery.

  2. Content Review

    We will check the source text and review the technical content.

  3. Assignment
    (Translator and Checkers)

    We will select appropriate candidate translators and ensure a check schedule.

  4. Acceptance

    We will ensure the best route and accept translation requests.

  5. Research

    We will research references and prepare a term list in advance.

  6. Ordering and Translation Work

    We will do quality-controlled translation work.

  7. 1st Check

    The 1st check focuses on careless mistakes such as omissions in translation, grammatical errors, and typos.

  8. 2nd Check

    We will check for the highest quality from viewpoints of technology, patents, expressions, etc.

  9. Number and Reference Sign Check

    We will check again to eliminate errors in numbers and reference signs (limited to chemical and biotechnology translations).

  10. Final Check

    The translations are finally checked by the quality control manager of each section.

  11. Delivery

    The Administration Dept. will make final confirmation of formatting, etc., and deliver by email.

  12. Client Survey

    Feedback from clients will be reflected in future requests.
